The D2R Add-on Receiver is an expansion kit for your D2 24-bit Wireless DAC.

You can add up to 2 D2R add-on Receivers for a total of 3 zones. It connects wirelessly to your existing D2 setup, and can output 24bit/96KHz digital or analog audio to your high end system or powered speakers. Add sound to an additional room, or even make your Audioengine S8 Powered Subwoofer wireless.

The D2 Receiver utilizes the PCM1792 DAC, widely know for it's low noise and high fidelity. Due to the PCM1792's high signal-to-noise specs and the added benefit of triple redundancy power source conversion and filtering, the D2 presents impressive low noise and low distortion characteristics.
