Isley Brothers 3 + 3 on Limited Edition Colored 180g Vinyl LP
Mastered by Joe Reagoso & Manufactured by RTI
In 1973, brothers Ronald, Rudolph and O’Kelly Isley expanded their band and brought their hit making sound to new stratospheric heights in the process. With the addition of brothers Ernie, Marvin and cousin Chris Jasper, The Isley Brothers' first platinum plus selling LP, 3 + 3, was officially born. This new sound and new personnel was ushered in by Columbia Records and marked the beginning of a fruitful partnership with the label.
Chock full of hits, 3 + 3 is home to such classic Isley Brothers originals as "That Lady" and "What It Comes Down To," plus endearing takes on James Taylor’s "Don’t Let Me Be Lonely Tonight" and Seals and Crofts’ "Summer Breeze." Friday Music is pleased to announce the first release in their Isley Brothers 180 Gram Vinyl Series with a limited edition colored 180g pressing of their 1973 masterpiece, 3 + 3, mastered by Joe Reagoso and manufactured by RTI.
