Shipping:

Some items may not be in stock and if that is the case,  you will be notified.  Most items will be received within 3-10 business days depending on your location. Many items as well stock items ship within 3 business days.

Due to the pandemic lead times have been extended 3-5 days. Carriers are saying longer than normal shipping times are relevant. This is not the responsibility of direct audio.

Refunds:

A refund can take up to 5 business days from the time the money is taken from direct audio and the buyer's bank returning the funds to the buyer.  The refund process starts when the refund notification is sent.
