Return & Cancellation Policy
At direct audio, our services and customers are our success. As a top audiophile dealer, we pride ourselves on simple including our website. Who needs search bars and columns....just type in what you are looking for and there it is at your fingertips!
Our Return Policy is the same as follows: direct audio offers a 45 Day 100% satisfaction Guarantee, (Excluding Chemicals, Special Orders, Music LP's and CD's unless defective, Phono cartridges, aerosols and liquid products)
When returning an item: Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization #, or (RA) which must be obtained by phone or email within 45 days. When returning an item, you must return it with a tracking number through a carrier such as USPS, FEDX or UPS and the customer is responsible for these charges even though you may of received FREE shipping on the item. You are also responsible for the insurance on items being returned. We will not be held responsible for your carriers mistakes. This insures we get the items back as they were sent to you and the shipping cost will not be refunded.
If We receive a returned item damaged in shipment and it's unused or never opened you will still be responsible for the payment for the item!
Refunds will be returned in the same manner as paid in your initial order.
If you received FREE Shipping with your initial order and you return an item, unused or defective we will deduct shipping cost to you when returned to us!
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Your package must arrive in resalable condition and be returned with all original packing materials including cables, power supplies, instructions, remote controls, warranty cards, etc.. Fluids, pastes, aerosols, special order items, and close-out items are all non-returnable.
If you refuse delivery on any shipment for any reason, you will be financially responsible for the return shipping charges incurred to us by the carrier. You also will be financially responsible for any duties and taxes etc. for the return shipment. These charges will either be deducted from any credit you were to receive or charged to your credit card there is no exceptions to this policy.
Just note, you will need to detail the reason of your return and include this in your package. If calling, the same applies. Your return package must include a copy of your invoice.
Music LP's and CD's music titles may be returned if defective for an exchange or credit and the same conditions apply as noted above! No LP or CD returns for any other reason.
Phono cartridges are non-refundable unless defective by manufacturer and not by customers user errors.
direct audio will NOT absorb shipping cost if an item is defective. All items must be returned in same manner as you received them, all original packing materials, including cables, power supplies, instructions, remote controls, warranty cards, etc. direct audio also reserves the right to impose a re-stocking fee at our discretion for any returned item that is damaged, cosmetically dinged or returned missing accessories. Your package must arrive in resalable condition.
Upon receipt of your returned item we will issue a credit in the manner you paid or replace product at your discretion.
If these instructions are not followed, your return will not be accepted.
